I like the idea of writing a summary that communicates what i like and what makes me tick as opposed to what i've done, accomplished or have aspirations of so here it goes. I love to keep busy! I really do enjoy working with others, finding the problems, pulling people together to overcome them and treating everything like a challenge. I'm extremely passionate about building and leading teams and this has given me the greatest level of satisfaction so far though out my career. My approach to leadership is pretty simple in that I only hire people that are better than I at what they're going to be responsible for and therefore my role being always to pave the way, clear the obstacles and ultimately enable individuals to do their jobs. I find that this fosters a fun and positive environment to work within and without a doubt delivers the most efficient form of delivery. I really like an 'all hands on deck' approach when the pressure is on, this I find harnesses the power of the 'team' and ensures that no individual faces the same work load day in day out. Variation is key to keeping morale at the right level! I love to work, I enjoy it when things are getting tough, when you really need to be thinking differently but above all else i enjoy seeing members of my teams receiving recognition for their efforts or even more importantly seeing that amazing face of self pride when something that has been done well. That's why i work and thats why i love what i do.
