About Andrew Dunscomb

Constructing a stage in a refugee camp, for an Arturo Sandoval concert, with borrowed tools and repurposed nails, complete with a performer's entrance and cargo netting for a backdrop, with a team of refugee carpenters, on deadline, in mid-summer, is tricky the first time you do it. But when the team involved is motivated, and the plan is clear, anything can be done. I've been lucky enough to build a career filled with unique, first-time projects, and develop my skills at integrating with teams who are facing things they've never tried before. Whether it's a new start-up, forging ahead into next-generation blockchain technology, re-framing problems with distributed, decentralized solutions, shifting the possibilities for tokens, crypto-currency and smart contracts, or its a familiar project in a new setting, like an Olympic Games, a UN Climate Conference, specialized IT recruiting or a live-television program, it's always energizing to join a project that is setting out into new terrain. Of course, every project has unique elements, and every project can be approached with standard principles, but if you're facing a set of organizational, operational, recruiting or communications challenges for the first time, with a new team, or your team is about to embark into uncharted spaces, email me.
