About Andrew Dutton

I have been involved with organisation leadership and development for over 20 years. A wide range of experience in leading institutions, managing teams, learning and development, training and teaching combined with working in Australia, USA, Asia and South Africa. I have a great passion to make a real difference by doing work that impacts individuals and their community. I was the Training Director with a global university network for over 14 years, directing staff development and training, course design, development and implementation and leading different campus locations with multiple departments and teams. I have experience in the management of a variety of organisations including private companies and not for profit’s both in Australia and in the USA. This includes oversight of apprenticeships, traineeships, course design and development, finances and budgets, business strategy, systems management and implementation, chairing senior management meetings, marketing, student recruitment and admissions, organisational design, donor management, facilities management and HR roles including staff recruitment, negotiations, international placement and training. Lead charitable outreaches into Australia, Asia, Africa, Central America and the Pacific as well as teaching in a number of different cross cultural settings with the University of the Nations having an average of 40-50 different nationalities on site at any one time. Been involved in fundraising for 16 years, working with both a corporate donor management team as well as developing personal support. I also love to travel and have been to locations such as; USA, Canada, Mexico, Dominican Republic, England, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Greece, Egypt, South Africa, Ghana, Vanuatu, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, and China
