Background

About Andrew Dyson

I am an extremely competent and leader who strives for perfection. Serving over 15 years in the Army has developed me in becoming a self-servant and placing other needs before my own. I’m loyal and give my all in what I do at any capacity. I’m a hard worker and a highly motivated person eager to always learn from anyone that’s positive. As a seasoned leader I am also straight forward and truthful, I don’t compromise my integrity at all under any circumstance. I’m always seeking self-improvement and encourage others to do the same; I’m a firm believer in people not caring about how much you know until they know how much you care. So I pride myself in showing genuine interest in anyone I surround myself with. Once that’s instilled in them the job will take care of itself.
