Direct procurement, oversight, and monitoring of multiple Marketing and Management (M&M) contracts with total obligations in excess of $690M throughout the 17-State Region of the Denver Homeownership Center (DHOC). •In accordance with current policies, responsible for the annual acquisition and disposition of approximately HUD-owned assets to ensure the greatest net return to the mutual mortgage insurance fund, with annual sales in excess of $1 Billion. •Direct and motivate a diverse, professional staff in achieving program related goals and missions through appropriate selection, promotion, employee performance evaluations, resolution of complaints and grievances, planning and distribution of work, development of reasonable accommodations, telework agreements, assessment of training needs, and employee recognition. •Support the mission of HUD through varying disposition methods of HUD-owned assets with a focus on increasing homeownership to owner occupants.
