About Andrew Eder

Andrew is a leading restorative dentist and prosthodontist with a portfolio career as a clinical academic, charity trustee and strategic board adviser. With a focus on excellence and innovation in clinical dentistry and dental education, Andrew has provided quality care for patients with complex oral health needs and contributed to the training of postgraduates and NHS trainees for over thirty years. Andrew is in private practice in central London's Harley Street. He has a special interest in caring for patients with worn teeth and is Co-Editor of the British Dental Journal's textbook on Tooth Wear. He is also Chair of Trustees at the Academy of Medical Royal Colleges and Emeritus Professor at the UCL Eastman Dental Institute and formerly Consultant in Restorative Dentistry at UCLH and Pro-Vice-Provost at UCL. Through Andrew's practice and university experience, he has developed a valuable portfolio of transferable skills enabling him to make a genuine impact by providing high-value consultancy and volunteering support across a wide range of non-executive and charitable roles.
