My candidate process is simple • I make an INITIAL approach to candidates either via, phone call, email or a Linked In message. • I have an initial VIDEO call that will last 15-20 minutes presenting the opportunity and to qualify an initial level of interest and a high level FIT for the position. • I will have a SECOND call to delve deeper into your background and answer any further questions on the opportunity you may have. • I will help SUPPORT your application, giving interview advice, and provide prompt and honest feedback on every interview. • I will help provide SALARY EXPECTATIONS, & PACKAGE NEGOTIATIONS so this phase is navigated efficiently and as painless as possible. • We’ll go through a RESIGNATION BRIEFING, to help enable a swift and amicable departure, leaving your current employer on a high with integrity intact. My client approach is efficient, professional and ultimately highly successful • I meet ALL my clients via Video Conference • I UNDERSTAND, not only the job profile in full, but the characteristics and cultural points which are important to making a successful hire • What DON’T you like, is as important as what you, Do like • I present a MAXIMUM of 5 fully qualified candidates and why they would be a great FIT • I manage the FULL interview process • I waste NO time and I am always upfront and honest • Fast, Efficient time to hire on BUSINESS CRITICAL hires!
