About Andrew Edwards

As a Construction Assistant Project Manager, I bring a distinctive perspective that guarantees development concepts are executed with precision and technical excellence. With over 10 years of experience as an Architectural Designer and a strong foundation in Urban Planning, I adeptly bridge the vital gap between conceptual vision and on-site execution for complex commercial and multi-family developments. My background in architecture allows me to envision a building before it is constructed, while my education in Urban Planning ensures I understand how that building integrates seamlessly into its community. I utilize these insights to drive an efficient transition from design to construction, proactively addressing design conflicts and expertly navigating the complex zoning and permitting processes associated with high-density multi-family, commercial, and mixed-use developments. I am committed to delivering high-performance buildings that meet and exceed the aesthetic and financial objectives of developers, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. My focus is mainly on commercial, multi-family, and mixed-use developments throughout South Florida. I’m always looking to connect and build mutually beneficial relationships with professionals across all industries.
