About Andrew Engell

Helping people is my passion! I love working to improve people’s lives through better communication, coaching through difficult situations, connecting with opportunities, and helping overcome barriers, especially government barriers. • I love our country and wish to promote respect and harmony between my fellow Americans who I know to have more in common than many of us realize. I believe that our system of government is the best in history and it can work better if more of us are involved in it. • I excel at communicating with a diversity of people. I care about and respect people in all walks of life, regardless of income, ideology, creed, or ethnicity. I don’t take offence easily. I enjoy listening to people with philosophies and ideas different from my own and building an understanding of the root causes of our differences and the strength of our similarities. • I am a strategic person; I enjoy finding the big picture goal and then creating and implementing strategies to continuously move towards the desired results. I have found that by having a clear direction, strategy, and action plan and then prioritizing time, nearly anything that may be desired is achievable. • I love my current job as our Congresswoman’s representative because I get to spend my time and talents to work on these things that matter so much to me every day.
