About Andrew Evans

My management career spans over 30 years of Sales & Business development, with the past 25 years experience covering many disciplines at a middle- senior management level. From the foundations in small business – moving to large organisations who are all market leaders in their field, I developed a career in Sales, Operations & General management, honing leadership skills in professional and benchmark working environments, predominately-in supply chains to the building and construction and industrial sectors. Getting the job done required analytical, creative, innovative improvement culture and practicality, along with the ability to liaise, manage and service people of all levels. In addition, through the involvment in junior, youth and senior community AFL I obtained a Level II AFL Coaching Accreditation where I was also involved in the WAFL Develoment squad program for 3 years. This was integral to my development in my management style as a coach. In 2011 I was awarded an honour in my achievement of 20 Years with the Australian Institute of Management. Later that year I was asked to join the Senior Leaders Network which assists the institute in developing strategies for members where I spent twos year in that role.
