About Andrew Ford

As a Multi-Mission Store Manager at Co-op for over seven years, I have been responsible for overseeing the daily operations, colleague management, customer service, and financial performance of one of the largest and busiest stores in the region whilst supporting various Operations Managers as a lead Manager. I have successfully implemented duty management and ecommerce strategies that have increased sales, profitability, and customer advocacy. I have also partnered with various stakeholders, such as suppliers, local communities, and charities, to enhance the Co-op's social and environmental impact. With a B.A. in Spanish and Journalism, I have excellent communication and language skills that enable me to engage with diverse customers and colleagues. I am passionate about delivering the Co-op's mission of being a co-operative, ethical, and sustainable retailer, and I am always looking for new ways to improve the store's performance and customer experience. I am a motivated, attentive, and multi-functional leader who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
