About Andrew Frace

Andrew is a professional actor living in New York City with over 20 years of experience in the business. Recently, Andrew was u/s for Johnny Cash and John Carter Cash in the pre-Broadway workshop of The Ballad of Johnny and June, a new musical directed by Des McAnuff. This past summer, Andrew associate directed Jersey Boys at Theatre Aspen with acclaimed director Hunter Foster. He was among the closing cast of Jersey Boys at New World Stages in NYC - after a nearly 13-year run of performing in various companies of the production worldwide. Andrew was thrilled to take his final bow after such a historic run. On-screen, Andrew has appeared in Godfather of Harlem on EPIX, New Amsterdam on NBC, Power Book II: Ghost on the STARZ Network, Bull on CBS, The Blacklist on NBC, and Miracle at St. Anna directed by Spike Lee. Andrew also works as an audition reader for casting agencies and coaches acting privately in NYC. Additionally, he is a Licensed Real Estate Agent with The Kelly Robinson Team at Compass as a parallel career to acting. Being a trained actor provides Andrew with a unique skill set that not only builds genuine and meaningful emotional human connections but also positions him as a natural salesperson. Having lived a nomadic lifestyle for over two decades in New York, he knows the trends of Manhattan, the boroughs, and beyond. Andrew has always found a way to succeed at whatever’s thrown his way. The concepts of improvisational acting have allowed him to parlay deals in unconventional ways as a powerful negotiator. Being quick on his feet and with a willingness to go the extra mile, Andrew meticulously gets to know the wants and needs of his clients — which makes him become not only their agent but also their friend. And those closest to him would tell you, his tenacity, loyalty, honesty, and trustworthiness are Andrew’s trademarks. With a high level of organization and strong attention to detail, Andrew is capable of leading teams to success with an acknowledgment of peoples’ individual strengths. His love of music, art, decor, collaboration, human psychology, learning, and listening all blend together — allowing him to get a cohesive sense of what his clients and customers' true desires are in a home. His aim is to provide empathetic, unparalleled, and timely service. Andrew graduated Magna Cum Laude from Elon University with a BFA in Music Theatre and a Psychology Minor.
