I have owned Andrew Fredman Architects for over 35 years. My firm specializes in single family/multi family residential, commercial, medical, educational, historic, and rehab work. My clients appreciate the unique service and attention my phenomenal team and I provide to every project. Whether we’re designing a new mid-rise ground up apartment building, a new PreK-8th grade charter school, a new medical polyclinic, or a new business in need of a branded architectural image, we approach each project with enthusiasm and excitement. There is always something new that we can squeeze out of even the most mundane initiative or strict budget that speaks to our creativity, our resourcefulness and our joy in solving problems. By actually listening to our clients and synthesizing their goals with the realities of codes, costs and construction, we create unique designs and get them built because it’s the actual “getting-it-done” that drives us. When I’m not working, I’m always looking: at buildings and their interiors, at new materials for potential use, at art in and outside of museums, at planned or unplanned vistas, at natural scenery, at wonderful esoteric details and even at beautifully prepared plates of food, all of which continue to amaze, fascinate and energize me. It’s never too late to find new ideas and try to implement them in my work.
