For the past 6 years I had worked for a Precision Engineering Company, Roscomac as a CNC Machinist Setter/Operator where I worked night shift. I was working primarily on Matsuura 5 axis machines but also skilled on other Mills including Fanuc, Mazatrol and Heidenhein controlled CNC machines. I was responsible for setting and running multiple machines at a time producing parts in accordance to technical drawings for a variety of sectors including aerospace, automotive and medical.Part of my role also included overseeing the running of a robot cell ensuring it ran smoothly and troubleshooting any issues with both robot arm and the two Brother 5 axis machines within the cell.I have been a qualified first aider for the last 5 years attained through St John's Ambulance.
