As a teacher involved in both curriculum and pastoral development, my pedagogy is based upon the principle of building effective relationships through which students feels at ease to achieve success.I value the individuality of each student academically, culturally and socially, and strive to nurture and encourage student participation in their learning environment and co-curricular contexts. For this reason, teaching at an International Baccalaureate school, which caters to the needs of a diverse demographic of students, appeals greatly to me.
