Awarded for superb managerial skills in integral in reducing Avionics Departments' workloads by over 50% As a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, I understand the importance of being hyper-proficient and laser-focused in order to accomplish a diverse array of tasks. Leadership is second nature to me; I will always use my expertise and experience to help those around me become the best version of themselves. Adaptability is an essential part of military life, and I feel that the willingness and ability to operate successfully in any place around the world at a moment's notice while overcoming challenges in a high-tempo field should be considered an invaluable skill. I believe in a balance between motivation from an outside source and dedication which comes from within. Motivation is a useful tool, however, when someone relies entirely on motivation alone it opens the door to a lack of motivation. Dedication comes from being passionate about what you do and a deep seeded desire to never quit and always be the best. It's what drives me to wake up before the sun, treat my body, my mind, and my spirit right, and always remain focused on my goals. In doing this I am constantly improving myself and am a positive asset to any team I am connected to.
