As an accomplished investigations and physical security leader, I have extensive expertise in crafting and leading high-performing teams and programs within security and investigations, including at the local, regional, and national levels. I draw upon my deep experience in law enforcement and high-level roles at the Department of Homeland Security. Throughout my career, I have fostered cross-functional collaboration, provided expert guidance to executive leadership, and designed and implemented strategic plans. Below is a selection of the top accomplishments from my career with the US Department of Homeland Security: • Serving as a subject matter expert on OPR operations and interacting regularly with agency components. Acted as a conduit between external agencies, including the FBI, DOJ, and other DHS partners, ensuring regular engagement with the DHS headquarters on the execution of regional policies and mission objectives. • Orchestrating the comprehensive redesign and development of the Critical Incident Program and policies, implementing new procedures on schedule while meeting all operational requirements. • Co-developing and implementing comprehensive internal and external threat mitigation protocols within 30 days, providing a unified blueprint for ICE's threat response strategy, enhancing organizational readiness and response.
