I have been privileged to hold executives roles across the Asia Pacific region, and be responsible for sustainable growth across multiple geographies in the technology services industry. On reflection, my greatest achievement over the past two decades has been to foster collaborative, respectful and empathetic workplace cultures - that deliver on their promises - which has directly resulted in launching or accelerating the careers, and lives, of those I have had the privilege to work with.My interests are eclectic, from technology realms such as network, software and infrastructure engineering, to corporate governance, financial performance and culture, to politics and the long term societal impacts of public policy. This goes a way to explaining my formal education, with degrees in Business, Technology and Psychology along with being apart of the INSEAD alumni.I am an external pragmatist, and since young demonstrated a fierce independent streak with a desire to engage with people of all backgrounds, at all levels, without presumption, and with a desire to truly understand individual differences and the external question, Why?
