With over 18 million people in the UK suffering with hearing loss, over people in care homes also needing help, I am passionate bringing knowledge and help to staff in care homes as well as improving the lives of residents every day. Why? I've lived with hearing loss since birth and went profoundly deaf overnight in 2002. I do understand all the challenges and frustrations that come with living and working with hearing loss of all different types and levels. With this experience, I'm trying every day to make the world better, one life at a time.
