About Andrew Grace

As the VP of Product Development at TEAL, I lead the development of a distributed infrastructure network of building central plants that provide high availability and no operating cost to our customers. With over 20 years of experience in product development, program management, and digital transformation, I bring a unique combination of technical expertise and leadership skills to create value and innovation for our organization and clients.I have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and a Master's in Project Management, and I have successfully led and delivered complex, multi-billion dollar projects across various business sectors, including supply chain optimization, cost estimation, portfolio management, and infrastructure engineering. I have also built a world-class IoT platform that integrates edge computing and azure services, and developed a proprietary centralized control and operation software that enables predictive maintenance and lowers operational costs. My mission is to leverage cutting-edge technology and data-driven solutions to optimize and enhance the performance and sustainability of our infrastructure network.
