About Andrew Grant

As a Detective Chief Inspector (DCI) I have responsibility for Modern Slavery and Child Exploitation (MSCE) Teams within the Metropolitan Police - Central Specialist Crime. Constant progress is being made as we all work together to enforce, engage and prevent exploitative behaviour targeting the most vulnerable. Now a key part of Organised Crime we target criminal /sexual exploitation as well as human-trafficking. Charity wise I'm the Founder and organizer of the now famous Jordans Village Big Camp - a community based annual which is now in it's 10th year allowing communities to recycle their own money for the benefit of their own local good causes. Already there are plans to support communities through the UK help each other and enjoy the friendship offered when camping locally. Creator of the 'It's Criminal - LET'S DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT! concept. Allows society to feel a sense of belonging and optimism in taking positive action around crime and anti-social behaviour.We all want to bat for the winning side.
