I am a seasoned sustainability and real estate executive with 20 years of experience leading initiatives and projects for Fortune 100 companies, SMEs, start-ups, and non-profits. My expertise spans environmental sustainability, real estate strategy, business operations, and change management. I have worked across diverse sectors, including financial services and FinTech, real estate and the built environment, consumer packaged goods, transportation and logistics. From expanding program impacts and implementing transformative change to measurably adding sustainability-focused value, I take pride in making organizations and communities better for good. As the Executive Director of Viridiant, I lead our teams mission to Build Better for Good by bringing affordable, healthy, energy-efficient, and resilient buildings to life. Viridiant’s services help builders, developers, and homeowners reduce energy waste, increase comfort, improve indoor air quality, and cut down costs and complexity. From design and construction, upgrades and retrofits, to workforce education, we focus on making homes and commercial properties throughout the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S. healthier, more efficient, and more resilient.
