Performed Submittal reviews on aggregates, including sieve analysis/compaction/chemical analysis on gravel, stone, loam, fill etc. Performed additional submittal reviews on Rebar, Concrete Mix Designs, Asphalt Mix Formulas, Patio Pavers, Structural Steel, Plumbing, Ductile Iron Pipe Shop Drawings, Electrical/Mechanical systems, Various Pumps and Equipment.Completed buy-outs of many subcontracts including Masonry, Surveying, Plumbing, Miscellaneous Metals, Rebar, PVC, Ductile Iron Piping, Site Work and various Pumps and Equipment.Purchased materials and rented equipment, managed manpower and materials, produced schedules and handled interface between owners, architects, engineers and contractors/subcontractors.Intense knowledge in Contracts, Proposals, Submittals, RFI's and Change Orders.
