About Andrew Gregson

A Senior Executive with multinational experience and a broad business background. Specific skills and experience in business management, corporate affairs, legal affairs, communications, government and stakeholder relations and regulatory affairs - and distilling! We make and sell vodka, gin, rum, whisky and absinthe. My talent lies in developing strategy across those areas - and managing teams of people to execute that strategy for results. Happy to consider Non-Executive roles, consulting (pro-bono for those that need it) or the right contract roles. I design, implement and execute processes, activities and campaigns to get businesses from where they are to where they want to be. My mantra is simple;"what do you want?"​ Often the most difficult task in achieving aims is to understand what you seek in the first instance. I specialise in identifying goals and delivering a pathway to get there. That is, strategy. If you need strategy for business success, let me know.
