Hi I’m Andrew, I am an experienced senior leader in Advertising Sales and Buying. I am presently responsible for investment across the Agency for TV, Radio, OOH, Press & Digital. Previous to this I was a Sales VP across the UK, EMEA. Leading sales teams to think differently and exceed sales targets. I am a collaborative team player, I like to take everyone on the journey, employees, clients and internal stakeholders I listen, include and then give clear direction I love absorbing information and solving puzzles, I acknowledge the obvious but try and think laterally. I was once told on a Management course my talent was that people like me; I have used this to my advantage to build many useful relationships But the most essential thing to me is to make a difference, I fully commit to every challenge and take pride in myself and those around me in what we achieve
