About Andrew Groat

With a strong background as a Production Supervisor, I have had a number of years working in the glass manufacturing industry. As a result, I bring an extensive skill set that includes, leading teams, a comprehensive working knowledge of production systems and processes and a commitment to getting things right first time. I am highly adaptable and flexible, love to learn and continually develop myself. This is demonstrated through the diverse range of industries in which I have successfully worked over the years, before settling into manufacturing. Currently, I am working with Intermac Glass Division as the Sales Representative, I will be servicing South Australia, Victoria and Tasmania. Prior to this, I spent 3 years at Glassworks Dandenong as their Afternoon shift Supervisor and prior to that I spent 6 years at Viridian Glass, where I was the Night and then Afternoon Shift Coordinator. I thrive in the production environment and enjoy all facets of production and team leadership. As a result of my rich experience I have developed strong leadership, communication and problem solving skills across a diverse range of fast paced environments. I am now looking to leverage my skills and experience to secure a new role in a leadership position as a Production Supervisor.
