About Andrew Gutteridge

I help organizations build and coach high-performing teams, specializing in value creation and identifying growth opportunities. I offer extensive CPG experience in North America and the UK, including strategic planning, forecasting and driving sustainable partner relations through genuine collaboration. I am especially passionate about people development and have significant experience in facilitating training across Canada. Through active listening, strategic thinking and servant leadership, I create opportunities for individuals to realize their potential, and their own career success. In the community, I also work as a director for a non-profit children's camp, helping to continue a legacy of safe, fun and affordable experiences for campers and staff. For several years I also volunteered at a homeless shelter in Toronto, providing meals and encouragement through one on one conversation and public speaking opportunities.
