BMW Recruiting Specialist - Conducts full lifecycle recruiting for a variety of maintenance and apprenticeship positions. Hiring: Primary objective is to partner with hiring manager to effectively source, recruit, evaluate, interview and select top talent to meet Plant Spartanburg's staffing needs. Develops and maintains a network of contacts with military organizations, staffing agencies and universities to help identify and source qualified talent. Attend Career Fairs and conduct information sessions with groups to promote BMW career opportunities. Establishes and maintains candidate relationships for successful placement into BMW jobs. Prescreens candidates. Manages and coordinates all communication with candidates. Manages the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Extends offers of employment to selected candidates under the direction of the hiring managers and within the guidelines. Manages the presentation, selection, offer, negotiation, closing, and administrative components involved in full lifecycle recruiting.
