About Andrew Hamilton

I have a strong knowledge of current Information Technologies, including the security, reliability and availability of information systems through sound quality management practices. I have extensive experience in providing PC and server support, installation and configuration of new equipment, maintaining Local Area Networks, Network Storage systems (including Storage Area Networks and Network Attached Storage). I have successfully managed a wide variety of IT related projects, and I am comfortable and capable in fulfilling a hands on technical support role. I have been responsible and managed Networks consisting of hundreds of PC’s and users across multiple sites including international WAN connections and sites. I have managed and maintained a variety of Communication systems, both electronic messaging and PABX telephony. I possess the necessary communication skills demanded form such a position and the ability to provide solutions through systems analysis methodologies. This, together with my strong work ethic, proven management and people skills and willingness to respond well to new challenges
