About Andrew Heffernan

With over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a Director & Consulting Chef at Manifest Chef, a leading talent management and catering company that specializes in serving UHNW clients, major brands, fashion houses, and blockbuster movie productions. I first studied Culinary Arts at Technological University Dublin, and I have worked in some of the UK's most prestigious Michelin-starred restaurants, such as HIDE. At Manifest Chef, I lead a team of talented and dedicated chefs who share my passion for food and service. I have worked as a private chef to some of the biggest names in the music and film industries, delivering bespoke menus and dishes that cater to their preferences and dietary needs. I have also traveled the world with them, catering for private jets, world tours, and events with heads of state, royal families, senior dignitaries, and global superstars. I operate with the highest level of discretion and integrity, building lasting relationships based on mutual respect and trust. I also provide support and guidance to our chefs, helping them grow and thrive in their roles. I am proud to be part of an organization that values diversity, inclusion, and excellence, and that strives to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and chefs.
