Previous roles in the financial and mortgage industry, currently I am a Learning and Development Senior Trainer in the commercial insurance industry with deep experience in Development and deployment of adult learning techniques and practices as well as instructional design methodology that affect the bottom line. My strengths include creating high-impact support, servicing, processing, audit, claims, and sales training programs and assisting the delivery of training to support the business units team goals and driving business unit key performance indicators for more successful associates and first time final work and calls. I have achieved learning requirements and gaps effectively for each quarter for all facilitation completed with high survey results. and increased customer service reps' confidence of 88% as reported by the business units supervisors. I have many years of experience in the following applications: Figma, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Forms, Planner, Excel, Shared Drives, One Drive, PPT. I believe in leading by example and providing constructive feedback to my team members. I also regularly attend training conferences and workshops to stay updated on the latest industry trends and incorporate them into my coaching and development strategies. Complete required courses early, work on upskilling and making recommendations to the team for upskilling. I have always maintained that everyone can always learn something new about their role or about themselves. I have always worked to make myself better at my role in everything that I do. In my current role, I led and worked a project with 6 other SR Trainers & Specialist to develop and deliver reinforcement/gap training for the CSC team where 757 associates took one or more 9 training classes developed under the reinforcement project, that resulted in an overall combined increase of 14 -22 % in all department key performance indicators as well as an 88% increase in associate confidence. I also took on a leadership role in coaching and mentoring new trainers on the team. I believe in a collaborative approach in any role I have but more presently in my role when developing learning programs. I regularly communicate with leaders, business partners, and project teams to gather insights and ensure the content is aligned with company goals and objectives.
