Hi! I am a passionate veterinarian who has moved from clinical work into business growth, organisations development strategies, business leverage, and business development. I have had many years of clinical veterinary experience (intern, locum, large animal vet, small animal vet, veteriary director and ultimately business owner. My specific skillset is communicating with the owner in the consulting room, resulting in the best outcomes for both the patient, owner, staff member and business owner. This is a finely tuned balance. I have one of the highest conversion statistics in Australia, which ultimately means that I can facilitate better outcomes for my clients. This is a love that I have that I share with both staff members in our business, but also through coaching other veterinarians in the industry, and working with other business owners to get exponential growth and returns in their business. As far as I am concerned, the more successful you are in the consult room, and the more successful your business is, the more people you are helping by providing exceptional value through your skills and knowledge. I am passionate about the balance between business and personal life and get great satisfaction facilitating this with my network in the industry. We have successful completed two startup veterinary businesses, the first which sold within 5 years for a 7 figure return. Our niche is leveraging the veterinarians in the hospital environment, resulting in greater workflow ability, greater satisfation by the veterinary individual, and reduced burnout/mental fatigue.
