Since March 2021, I have served with the Clay County Sheriff's Office, applying my technical expertise and Field Training Officer (FTO) certification as a Public Service Aide. In March 2025, I was promoted to Public Service Aide Sergeant, where my responsibilities expanded significantly.In my current role, I ensure staffing requirements are met, reports are submitted accurately and on time, and regular vehicle inspections and random checks of Public Service Aides are conducted throughout the county. I assist with calls for service that require a supervisor’s presence and provide support to law enforcement officers and staff with a variety of operational and administrative tasks. Additionally, I am involved in the hiring, training, and mentoring of new Public Service Aides, helping to foster a high-performing and service-oriented team.My professional foundation in office administration and computer literacy was built during my time as an Administrative Assistant with U.S. Marine Corps Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) and as the owner/operator of Battery Outlet, where I developed strong customer service, business operations, and technical skills. I also bring over seven years of experience with Coca-Cola Bottling Company, where I worked as a Cold Drink Equipment Installer and Merchandiser, installing and maintaining equipment and ensuring product quality and presentation.I am passionate about delivering quality service and meaningful support to both the community and the law enforcement team. My diverse background has equipped me with a unique blend of technical, administrative, and leadership skills that I bring to my current role every day
