Background

About Andrew Hercus

I’m a globally experienced Event and Operations Manager with over a decade of delivering exceptional, bespoke experiences across North America, Europe, Asia, and South America. With a specialty in complex, multi-day events for 100–700 guests and budgets up to CAD $5.5M, I bring calm confidence and meticulous attention to detail to every stage of the event lifecycle—from concept to on-site execution. Currently based in Canmore, Alberta, I thrive at the intersection of logistics, leadership, and creativity. Whether I'm negotiating with international vendors, curating immersive event experiences, or coaching high-performing teams, my approach is always strategic, collaborative, and guest-focused. I’ve been recognized with leadership awards through Moniker, and trained through Dale Carnegie’s leadership program, but the best validation comes from seeing our clients and teams succeed together. I'm driven by meaningful relationships, smart problem-solving, and delivering memorable moments that move people.
