A career of over two decades across firstly, the media industry and now FM services field, has resulted in unrivalled knowledge of industry market trends and pricing models, as well as contract requirements and productivity strategies, extensive networking and relationship building in various industries, presentation skills abilities and a broad range of contacts ranging from FM managers, procurement to CFO’s and CEO’s across many of Australia’s largest organisations and sectors. Having joined the C51 team as Head of Client Solutions nationally and with over a 10 years experience in the industry, I work with clients from the beginning right through the partnership to ensure that there is correct allocation of resources to deliver to specification, manage costs, oversee the client experience and work with the client and the C51 team to identify further efficiencies. Command51 is a privately owned Australian company founded in 2013, specialising in Cleaning and Grounds. A trend in the services industry has seen a lot of companies moving to offering integrated FM services to clients, C51 have held firm to the view that the best way they can service clients is through the provision of a single service. With it’s origins in the demanding 24/7 hospitality area, the company has successfully diversified into other sectors including education, retail, commercial and leisure and has the capability to service single or multiple sites of any size nationally, with the same high standards of delivery and has a footprint of over 400 clients across the country. C51’s clients also benefit from the flat management structure and direct access to Management and Directors at all levels. This ensures that the business has remained nimble and flexible when responding to customers’ needs.
