About Andrew Howe

I’ve gained a Bachelors Degree in Finance and an Associates in Economics during my time at USM where I graduated in 2020. I’ve been working at Kennebunk Savings Bank for 4.5 years. Starting as a teller I learned interpersonal and customer service skills. I quickly moved into the construction department as a Construction Lending Specialist where I currently reside. I work with lenders during the pre-closing stage reviewing budgets, plans, specs and insurance. During the construction phase I monitor budgets for accuracy and overages as well as paying builders and vendors. I communicate with title companies ensuring title/date down endorsements and Mortgage Loan Inspection Plans are ordered at appropriate times throughout the project. I work with Third Party Monitors to ensure projects are moving along smoothly and completing at a reasonable time. At the end of the construction phase, I close out the file with the necessary documents required.
