ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition): Implementation included analysis of approx 15 unique revenue sources, annual fees, one-time fees, sponsorships, etc MONTHLY REPORTING STREAMLINING: At Voxtur, established close process and shortened to 5-7 days. At AACSB, reduced monthly close to 4 days from 10. Identified metrics to evaluate for companies to present with month-end reporting documentation. Consolidations have included multi-departments and multiple entities from different accounting systems into Excel. SOFTWARE IMPLEMENTATION: Accounting point on migrations to Intaact from Quickbooks.
