I’m an International Buyer for Consolidated Chemical Company, a leading distributor of food, industrial, pharmaceutical and nutraceutical raw materials to the Australian and New Zealand markets. In this position I work to source raw materials from companies based in Asia, North and South America and Europe on a daily basis, with strong communication skills being a vital trait in my work. My role as an International Buyer gives me the opportunity to deal with people from all around the world. It can constantly challenge me to adapt to new situations and conduct business in different ways, depending on which part of the world I am dealing with. My work allows me to build a large portfolio of products and contacts across all industries, with an emphasis on Food, Pharmaceutical and Nutraceutical manufacturers I have a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Swinburne University.
