Hello,I have been a self employed CeMAP qualified mortgage and protection adviser since 2005 linking my services predominantly to companies that specialise in serving the Police, NHS, Fire Service and the Armed Forces. I also self generate new business from word of mouth and client referrals so have experience in placing many types of mortgage and individual insurance protection packages. Over the last 15 years I have linked my services to Harmans Mortgage Advisers, Forces Financial, Police Mutual / Forces Mutual, TMS and I am now very proud to offer my services via Mortgage 1st ). In this time I have become very experienced and relaxed in the sometimes complex client requirements I deal with. I also have a large network of other professionals from previous colleagues to contacts within lenders also that I can reach out to for assistance if required. Even after 15+ years I get real enjoyment from my role and helping my clients from initial inquiry through to completion. To me this is more than just a job I like being part of my clients lives and helping them achieve their goals and very importantly to protect financially what is important to them and their families. My aim is to make the complex seem simple and even to make the process enjoyable (yes really)!When I am not working my family keep me very busy, I enjoy photography, walks in the countryside and golf (I’m rubbish but I enjoy it)! A typical fee is £599, however we may charge up to £1250 depending on your circumstances. The fee may be charged at varying stages of your application but will always be discussed upfront.Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
