My current role at Springs Window Fashions is focused on building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external businesses. I lead without formal authority; I educate dealers on the details of our products and I keep them aware of new product releases within our house of brands. The practice of teaching and learning information is something I truly enjoy. Over six years in many customer facing sales positions have honed my communication, critical thinking, and leadership skills. I put these to good use when I ran my own photography business, and further developed myself by earning an MBA in Digital Entrepreneurship & Leadership. Unabashedly, I seek growth and improvement by nurturing my drive to learn through online certifications on LinkedIn Learning. Previously, during five years at a car dealership, I led multi-platform social campaigns focused on engagement, captured roughly photographs for E-commerce websites, and collaborated on over a hundred plus videos for information-based marketing. The result was engagement with thousands of local customers, increased views from just 18 to 306,891 on YouTube, and overall increased new dealership visitors. I captured everything using DSLR cameras, recorded multiple audio sources, and edited in Adobe Creative Suite to produce content aligned with our brand values.
