You will see from my profile header I have two main interests, I am owner / director / part owner of two businesses Straywise Consulting Ltd and Smartflow Couplings Ltd. Staywise Consulting Typically I help business owners, MD's and their senior leadership teams who are struggling to achieve the next level performance or growth. I work with business owners who may be frustrated that they take on too much and are worried about the time they spend working. Many businesses I work with are concerned that the financial performance of their business has stalled or has fallen behind their initial plans. Additionally, I help develop the next level leaders to allow the business owners to focus on value and growth (and sometimes a step back or an exit). I utilise my 25 years of corporate executive level experience and SME ownership experience to support, guide and inject more focus and horsepower into the businesses I work with.
