I hold a Master’s degree in Social Aspects of Sport, Health, & Physical Education, with a specific focus on Physical and Health Education (PHE) in Indigenous Communities in Canada. This specialized education has provided me with valuable insights into the socio-cultural dynamics that shape health and well-being, particularly in marginalized populations. Throughout my career, I have engaged in various initiatives aimed at fostering community participation through sports and educational programs. My experiences have honed my ability to collaborate effectively with diverse groups, empowering individuals to embrace active lifestyles and holistic well-being. I am particularly passionate about promoting inclusivity and cultural sensitivity in all my work.
