Andrew Knott is a seasoned entrepreneur with an extensive background driving business growth and turning around companies in the manufacturing industry. Andrew has over 40 years of experience leading multi-faceted companies, with skillsets that include guiding startups, growing existing operations and managing turnarounds. Knott co-founded a wire mesh manufacturing company and helped grow it to $30M in revenues, serving customers in North America and several countries. He purchased a fence manufacturing and distribution company on the verge of bankruptcy and led its evolution to a thriving company. After implementing lean business systems and successfully operating the company, Andrew sold the company for a substantial multiple of the original investment, after seven years.Knott’s combination of entrepreneurial drive and business-management skills allow him to foresee and seize growth opportunities and achieve business goals. As a lifelong learner, he educates and develops leadership teams and instills in people the passion to learn, improve, and perform. Andrew completed OPM-24 in 1996, a three-year Executive Education program at Harvard Business School.
