Currently working as a Lead Investigator on cases involving employment issues, including, but not limited to Title VII allegations (harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, constructive discharge, etc.)as well as high risk allegations involving sexual misconduct, threats to self or others, and/or conflicts of interest, including quid pro quo, inappropriate relationships, and conflicts between business vs. personal interests. Previous experience as a seasoned litigation attorney in respective areas of employment law (both Plaintiff and Defense), criminal (Defense, limited Prosecution), Personal injury/medical malpractice (Plaintiff), family law (all parties) and corporate litigation involving business entities and/or their agents in the course and scope of their employment with the company. Additional experience as advisory counsel (fulfilled an inherited contract, City of Glendale) legal investigator, and employee relations consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. Have worked as an entrepreneur and practicing attorney of The Kramer Firm PLLC as well as doing contract work for other law firms as well. Supervisory job functions performed as managing associate attorney of other firm, including developing and monitoring a team, providing constructive feedback, mentoring talent, and drafting performance reviews.
