Since I've been informed that using buzzwords such as "creative" and "results-oriented" to offer a general description of the person behind the paper is no longer desirable due to their subjective nature, I ask that you scroll down a bit and look at my professional history since that apparently defines me on a more tangible level. And forget about listing goals since it should be obvious to the employer that the applicant wants a job working for or with their company. However, if you are still reading this, perhaps you want a dose of subjectivity? OK then. I am creative, especially in figuring out solutions to complex problems. Goal-oriented, yes, since the goal is obviously the driver to solving a problem, right? As labels go, I would be deemed a professional as a result of my education, experience, and demeanor. I have a successful background in Strategic Administration and Data Management resulting from "structures and projects worked upon, during current and previous employment. Now here's a good one. I have a reputation, at least among those who know and have worked with me, for achieving desired positioning and securing solutions through utilization of analytical skills and technology.(Wow!) More simply put, if I'm not already aware of a cutting edge solution to a challenge, I find out how to do it better. Lastly, I possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact at all organizational levels. I have a proven track record of building strong internal and external relationships with a demonstrated ability to manage, motivate and build cohesive results-oriented teams. Essentially, I play well with others and I respect people for their knowledge and positive accomplishments. I would be a strong asset to your company in any capacity.
