I am a Founding Partner at Borderless Executive Search, a firm that specializes in leadership consulting and executive search for international roles in the chemical value chain, advanced industrial solutions. life sciences and food & beverage sectors. With over 25 years of experience in this field, I have pioneered a uniquely transparent, transnational approach that delivers high-quality results for clients and candidates. I serve as a non-executive chair and as an independent commentator and author on corporate transformation. Before joining Borderless, I held various senior executive positions on the Management Boards of Dow, in different countries and regions. I led units in life sciences, chemicals, consumer, and construction products, and gained valuable insights into the global business and leadership challenges. I have lived and worked in the UK, France, South Africa, Switzerland, and the Benelux. In addition to my work at Borderless, I served as the Board President of Antwerp International School. I speak English, French, and Hungarian, and some Dutch.
