Human behavior has always been a fascination of mine. Why we as people do what we do: what sets our preferences for habits & people we choose to work or connect with what ways can we disrupt negative patterns that hold back our potential how we can leverage the unfavorable aspects of ourselves that we’re embarrassed about into a proactive & powerful new skillset Having worked in the psych field for 7 years, I witnessed first hand the power of honest, direct, and empathetic communication. Biggest lesson of all that I’ll say I’ve learned - everyone wants to feel understood - nobody likes feeling judged. Seeing the sometimes “darker” or “evil” side of human behavior when things get out of hand, I’ve become obsessed with implementing and studying positive strategies to build ourselves up. Build up into better communicators, better athletes, better producers of work, better friend and cohorts, etc. My proclivity for human behavior naturally lead me into business and sales. All the golden wisdom can be found through a simple conversation.
