I am a senior finance executive with a demonstrated history of creating value through strategy development and execution, structured and corporate finance solutions, cost and revenue improvement, and risk mitigation. I am currently the Chief Financial Officer at ConnectGen, LLC, a developer of renewable energy and energy storage projects across North America. As CFO, I lead ConnectGen's finance functions, including capital raising, investment analysis, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, compliance, tax, and financial reporting. Prior to joining ConnectGen, I spent 23 years with NextEra Energy, a Fortune 200 energy company and the largest developer of renewable energy projects in the United States. I have held executive leadership positions in the financial disciplines of treasury, corporate and project finance, capital planning, forecasting and budgeting, and M&A. My executive experience has also been shaped by leadership roles in business development, asset management, and operations. I have developed a pipeline of high-performing leaders through a collaborative leadership style, focusing on inclusion and diversity of thought and experience to deliver top results and organizational value. As such, I apply a holistic approach to enterprise financial management, serving as a C-suite leader, leveraging high-impact financial planning, analysis, and financing execution to optimize asset utilization and financial position.
