About Andrew Kwiatkowski

As an experienced pilot and flight instructor with over hours, I still get excited about all aspects of aviation—whether it’s flying a corporate turboprop across North America or helping a student stick a landing in a Cessna 172. My diverse flying background has shaped my ability to adapt to any situation, combining strong technical skills and leadership experience with a focus on safety. My flight training experience as a Chief Flight Instructor and Class 1 flight instructor has strongly influenced my leadership beliefs and management skills. From coaching a 14-year-old student through their first successful landing to leading a team of flight instructors, I’ve had the privilege of guiding pilots at every level. I’m committed to the goals of continuous growth, learning and improvement.
