About Andrew Lam

Andrew Lam is a financial services professional with experience in relationship Business Banking, credit policy, and second line risk management. He is currently a Risk Manager to the Corporate Finance and Product division within NAB's Corporate and Institutional Banking. In his previous roles, he had acquired deep experience in assessing risks in transformation programs surrounding Operational Risk and Compliance obligations by ensuring they are appropriately considered and managed through the right controls. He is also capable of driving credit risk transformation projects and developing risk policies within business units in an agile environment. His experience ranges from commercial and retail banking segments. Through Andrew’s international work experience, he has developed a strong set of interpersonal and stakeholder management skills up to the senior Executive level. He is capable of communicating in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin at a business level, and has been able to draw on these qualities to effectively collaborate with his networks.
